It's a 3 Mode Chip and unlike any light out there. You can hold the button down for 1.5 seconds and it becomes a 1 mode chip, until you hold the button down for 1.5 seconds again, making is a 3 mode. 3 Modes available for a 3c strobe bulb: 1. full power 2. 2 color strobe 3. 1c strobe Double click it and cycle backwards to the previous mode.
